Tarsus Group is pleased to announce the latest addition to their global portfolio of events, a joint-venture launch event with Thailand based Inter-Media Consultants, organisers of the Thailand International Motor Expo. Together they will develop AAITF Bangkok, a new automotive aftermarket event for Thailand’s fast moving and growing aftermarket, modification and tuning sectors. This new show will further cement AAITF’s position as the world’s leading automotive aftermarket trade-show brand; including the world’s largest automotive aftermarket event held annually in Guangzhou, as well as sister editions in Indonesia and now Thailand.
Inter-Media’s Thailand International Motor Expo has established itself as the principal automotive event for Thailand and the surrounding region. The co-location of AAITF Bangkok (Automotive Aftermarket Industry and Tuning Trade Fair Bangkok 2014) will allow the partners to target an expected audience of 10,000 trade visitors, hungry to source new and innovative international and local aftermarket brands and products. The organisers anticipate 200 exhibitors at the inaugural edition, which will be held from 5 – 7 December 2014 at the Impact Challenger Exhibition Centre, Bangkok, Thailand.

AAITF Bangkok 2014 will provide a business to business platform for a selection of international and local suppliers of automotive aftermarket products to meet with retailers, distributors and automotive modification and tuning workshop owners from Thailand and mainland SE Asia. Product groups on display will include auto parts; car audio visual and electronics; car care and beauty; car tuning; car decoration; and car apparel. A dedicated content programme including buyer matching, seminars, practical workshops, competitions and features will provide further compelling reasons to attend.

Over 1.4 million new cars were sold in 2012, whilst production reached 2.45 million vehicles. 1 million were exported, rating Thailand as the 7th largest car exporter globally.
